Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from African Village Market.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products, soaps, body washes, and other hygiene products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
